Reach people in their language, on their phone
Your enumerators carry phones, not laptops. Your beneficiaries read Hindi, Odia, or Tamil before English. Your funder wants numbers by district, and your board wants to know consent was taken properly. One campaign covers all four.
Sound familiar?
- English-only tools that assume a laptop and a good connection
- No way to know who has not answered yet
- Consent taken on paper, or not at all
- Reports rebuilt by hand for every funder
How HostMyForms fits
- Guided forms on any phone
- The guided template checks each section before the next opens, so an enumerator never submits a half-filled survey. Labels, options, and error messages switch language at the top.
- Audiences, and who is missing
- Import beneficiaries or households from a CSV, tag them by village or programme, and see per campaign who has not answered. Periodic campaigns reopen themselves every month.
- Consent that survives an audit
- Notices in the respondent's language, consent per purpose, and a chained receipt for every grant. A guardian consents for a child.
- Numbers by district, without a spreadsheet
- Trends by week, splits by language and platform, custom charts grouped by any question, and a dashboard emailed to the funder on schedule.
A worked example
A monthly household survey
A periodic campaign in Hindi and English, restricted to an imported list of households, opens on the first of each month and closes on the tenth. Enumerators scan a QR code on their field sheet. The programme manager sees who is missing on the fifth, and the dashboard goes to the funder on the eleventh.
On the roadmap for you
SMS one-time codes are on the roadmap, so respondents with a phone number and no email can be verified. A survey can already show a picture or a short video of what to look for, right beside the question.
