Terms of Service

Version 2 · Effective 25 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Firoz Jaroli, an individual based in India who operates HostMyForms ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use HostMyForms for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf, and "you" includes that organisation.

1. HostMyForms is in a trial phase

HostMyForms is offered as a trial, for evaluation and demonstration, before its full release. During the trial:

  • accounts, workspaces, forms, answers, and files may be deleted, all at once, before the full release;
  • features, limits, and these terms may change without the notice a released product would give;
  • the service may be unavailable at times, and it carries no guarantee of availability or of keeping your data.

Do not use it for data you cannot afford to lose, and keep your own exports of anything that matters. We aim to email account holders before a planned deletion. Questions about the trial go to [email protected].

2. The service

HostMyForms lets you build forms, publish them as campaigns, collect responses on the web or in the field with consent, and analyse the results, from the app, the API or a connected AI client. The service is new and changes often; we may add, change or remove features.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and give accurate details, including an email address you control. Disposable email addresses are not accepted.
  • Keep your password and any API tokens secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including actions taken by AI clients and integrations you connect.
  • Tell us at [email protected] if you think your account has been misused.

4. Your content

Forms, responses, files and other content in your workspaces belong to you or to the people who provided them. You allow us to host, copy, process and display that content only as needed to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Workspace owners decide who can access a workspace and are responsible for its members.

5. Collecting data from other people

When you collect answers from others, your workspace is the Data Fiduciary for that data under India's DPDP Act, and we process it on your behalf. You agree to:

  • have a lawful basis for what you collect, and collect no more than you need;
  • give respondents a clear notice and obtain their consent where the law requires it, using the consent features of your campaigns;
  • obtain verifiable consent from a parent or guardian before collecting a child's data;
  • make sure anyone who collects answers for you in the field genuinely explains the notice and obtains consent;
  • respond to respondents' requests to access, correct or erase their data, and to their grievances;
  • comply with all laws that apply to your collection and use of the data.

We act only on your instructions given through the service, keep the data confidential and secure, and help you meet respondents' rights through the tools in the product.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use HostMyForms to:

  • collect passwords, one-time codes, card numbers or other credentials, or impersonate another person or organisation (phishing);
  • collect personal data without a lawful basis, or deceive people about why you collect it;
  • send spam, or invite people who have not asked to be invited;
  • publish content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, or that infringes others' rights;
  • distribute malware, or probe, overload or break the security of the service;
  • get around limits or access controls, or access data you are not permitted to see.

We may remove content or campaigns that break these rules.

7. Fees

Plan limits, and any fees, are shown in the app before they apply to you. We will not charge you for anything you have not agreed to, and we tell you in advance before prices or limits change.

8. Availability and backups

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, and keep daily backups, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep your own exports of data that matters to you.

9. Suspension and ending

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account or workspace that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or where the law requires us to, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it. What happens to your data then is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Other services

Signing in with Google, connecting an AI client, or embedding videos brings in services run by others under their own terms. We are not responsible for them.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims that arise from your content, or from your collection or use of other people's data in breach of these terms or the law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We publish each version here with its effective date, and if a change is material we ask you to accept it the next time you sign in. If you do not accept it, you can stop using the service and delete your account.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kekri, Rajasthan, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them or to the service.
